So, If you didn’t get your VTU credit or Data subscription after successful payment, and no refund of such transaction within 24hrs after payment.
Kindly send an email to the customer care with the following detail within 3 days of recharge.

Date
Network provider
Amount
Username
Note, the Transaction time is limited to 30 days only , any transactions beyond 30 days cannot be traced anymore.
