PUBLIC NOTICE!

The attention of Recharge and get paid LTD (RAGP) has been drawn to the advert of the Nigerian communication commission placed in the Daily Trust and Daily Sun Newspapers dated Thursday, July 25, 2019, respectively.

We state it categorically that our activities and operation as currently being carried out is not illegal since we NEVER at any time whatsoever carried out activities without a license from the commission which according to the commission is contrary to section 31 of Nigerian communications Act, 2003.

We state again that all our activities have only been restricted to the objects for which our company is established which is in accordance with the Companies And Allied Matter Act 2004.

The General public is to note that our activities is not limited or restricted to selling of Recharge cards as being insinuated by the public notice of the Nigerian Communications Commission but include, business of communication services, multi-level marketing/networking producers, printing, publishing, communication gadget, stationaries, supplies, general I.T service, installation, software/hardware repairs, servicing, computer digital imaging amongst other services we render which is registered as an object clause of our company duly incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission.

This notice shall serve as advice to any Institution, Organization or person involved in dealing with RAGP as we are still authorized by our Memorandum and Articles of Association to carry out the services and objects which RAGP is established for.
