Downtime on Airtime Recharge

Due to a server failure experienced by our host on September 21st, the airtime server performed abnormally, allowing many people to recharge airtime, cable, and electricity without being charged.

The technical team is currently resolving this issue, and the customer care team is processing penalties for airtime, cable, and electricity purchases made on the specified date, this will reflect on your dashboard.

Except for the airtime purchase, which will be active within the next 24 hours, the electricity and cable recharge is currently active.

If you have recharged your electricity multiple times, please contact customer service to obtain your token.
If you currently have a negative wallet balance, please clear it.
If you have any further questions, please contact customer service.

NOTE:

Do not fall into the hands of any scammer promising to help you with a lien wallet; we are gradually moving your lien wallet to the new wallet without the assistance of any contact you may know. Every lien wallet will be unliened soon. Please give us some time to complete this task.
