What does it mean to make a mistake?

A mistake is an error, a goof, a slip-up. When you make a mistake, you have done something incorrectly. A mistake has a lot of consequences, but they all have to do with doing the wrong thing.

Mistakes can be hard to correct sometimes, and in some situations, there may not be room for correction. No one is immune to making mistakes – we are human, after all!

Take note of the followings mistakes and precautions when carrying out transactions on RAGP web site

Funding Mistake:

This could occur due to mistake in an account number or phone number when trying to fund your wallet using Providus account or Auto funding system through RAGP account. Take due precaution to check your Providus account number properly before you make a transfer. A simple digit error will fund another person.

Username Mistake:

This usually occurred during the new member registration process. Any mistake in the sponsor's username will place the new member under another person. It will deny you your referrer commission and point value, to avoid this mistake, send referrer link to the prospect to click on to start registration. The systems will auto-fill your username as a sponsor.

Phone number recharge mistake:

Whenever you want to recharge for yourself or others, double-check every time the Network provider's name and the phone number before you execute transfer order. It is difficult to correct this kind of mistake, so try to avoid it.

Wallet Transfer error:

Always request the receiver of the fund to send the username to you by SMS to be sure of the correct spelling or letter used. Fund transfer error can cause you to lose money to an unknown user. If this occurs, write the customer care immediately stating the affected username for immediate correction.
